VT Talent Map is designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA so people can use its review and development workflows with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom and different viewport sizes.
Features provided
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labelled controls and a skip link on signed-in pages.
- Visible keyboard focus and controls that do not rely on colour alone.
- Responsive layouts, text reflow and light, dark or system theme preferences.
- Announced validation summaries that keep entered form values after an error.
Known limitations and feedback
Automated testing cannot cover every assistive-technology combination. If a page or workflow is difficult to use, report the page address, the task you were attempting, and your browser or assistive technology through your organisation's IT support channel. An accessible alternative should be provided while the issue is investigated.
